I'm not sure.

If I'm right remember, was only "Happy Birthday Collection" or "Birthday Lottery" without the "Rose" Event in 2020.

And if that true, then this is something new for us.

Maybe this type of event will be for all characters on their B-day. But with one exception - twins.
