Look, in the end, you need to have:
70 affection from route choice + 10 affection from full fashion set (it's taken from speen every day boyfriend gacha) and 5 affection from UP Ticket +5UP (it's taken from speen every day boyfriend gacha) = 85 affection
I recommend you wait until you take all of its stuff from gacha and take a Sweet Route or take Normal Route, read and restart this route.
As for me, I took both routes and can tell for sure that they both very sweet and a little sensitive. If you can read all of it, you will not be disappointed

Hey! I'm new to the game so i didn't know about the bf gacha and also didn't know that you needed it for the sweet route at the end so i just went with the normal route (i haven't finished it yet) so i was wondering that if i reset will i loose all my bf gacha points and also the items i have? Because I got lucky and got 2 items to up my affection and that's exactly what I need for the sweet route but unfortunately i had already chosen the normal route. To sum it up: do all my items and gacha points disappear if i reset?

About reset Route:
I'm sure that you don't lose items from BF Gacha. If my memory right, items from Gacha will lose their Affection points (exceptions - affection tickets). But I'm not sure. Anyway, in BF Gacha you can get an Affection Up Ticket (+5) and this ticket drops out quite often. So don't worry)
