You need to do next:

1. in a game tap on the "Info" button (left top)

2. tap on "Results"

3. tap on the event banner

4. tap on "Claim prizes" (right top, under "Menu" button)

And don't forget to check other event banners in a result list, maybe you don't received some prises too
