This story has a storyline that partially modified Sol's characteristic of Sol's Fate Route, and the overall flow and endings are the same as Soll's basic Fate Route.

The ending scenes are the same as the existing Fate Route's, but there are six new illustrations with some scenes modified by Sol's changes in words and behavior.

Yep, Sol's If Route you can read only after buying from the Store for 110 Time Tickets.
If you don't have 110 Time Tickets and you don't wanna rush then just spin Gacha every day and tickets will be in your pocket (~2 weeks). Also, you can watch tons of AD videos day by day for a 100(?) Acme for each. But it's hard, you will be tired very fast.
Or you can buy 100-200 Time Tickets.
I do not understand, where is the tutorial of the sol if route?

Just use Sol's Fate Walkthrough, the answers is the same on both routes (If and Fate)
They are not the same, although in general it is, it has conversations or messages that do not happen in the first route of Sol.
