What I did before I get this Ending:

• Jade's Ending - open and read it;
• restart route;

After this, I wanned to open Adriel's Ending.

So, in the end I had a:

• Adriel and Jade - 100% Affection;
• more than 50% of Shahmat's Affection;
• almost 100% of Kalcion's Affection;

And in the Happy Ending I found out that Hidden Ending was unlocked
